The 2nd of July, 2015 marked the beginning of a new era in the servicing of Geosystems in Ghana and the West African sub region. PDSA Company Limited, launched an ultramodern service centre in Accra to provide repair and calibration services for all Leica equipment.
The service centre is to provide repair and maintenance service to individuals and institutions who use Leica equipment in their daily operations such as in the construction, oil and gas, agriculture and mining companies among others. It is aimed at saving our clients the cost of having to transport their instruments abroad for servicing after purchasing Leica equipment and accessories from PDSA. Our team of well- trained technician and able staff who are well equipped in the field of surveying per Leica standards were all present at the launch.
The service centre provides complete standardized services within 48 hours once an appointment has been booked after which we issue an ISO quality certificate on Leica letterhead once the servicing is done.
Mr. Frank Reffreger, the Leica Technical Support Engineer for North, West and Central Africa graced the occasion. He was quick to add in his introductory speech that the service centre would guarantee quality products for the clients. Mr. John Amaglo the Deputy Director of Jogamah Geomatics consult and Chairman of Land Survey Division of Ghana Institution of surveyors chaired the gathering. He was very impressed with what he had seen and commended the company for such a good innovation.
